Could an arguemnt be made that teh coucil only meets to keep the TV station afloat and the councilors mouths flappin & yappin' ?
Everyy other week s/b plenty of time to get teh citys real business done. The more often they meet the more often they have to justify their existence with assinine ordinances, time consuming resolutions, and sticking their collective noses into business where they dont belong.
