It's great to have Paulie back on a roll. It's also great news that he was finally able to purchase 224Chandler and has big plans for the building.
However, I seem to recall him saying that if he ever bought 224 Chandler, he would give me one year's free rent so I can move back into D4. :)
Better hurry up if you're going run this fall :)
