Airport Industrial Park Asset going out to auction this Friday. The building is not going up for auction, but the $200 per year lease that expires in 2026 will be auctioned.
Question is why has the Airport Commission terminated the lease when 240,379 in real estate taxes are owed, a violation of the lease.

As they say on the internet....... I am sitting here LMAO......"wonderful access to Rte 9/Masspike".....youve got to be kidding me!!!!!!!!!!.please define wonderful.......
Ok rte 9 is a 1-2 minute ride.....but my god.....rte 9 is just a city street in that area.......of course it becomes 2 lanes at Webster Sq /park Ave.....but weaving a 64 ft long tractor trailer unit down rte 9 isnt exactly what i would imply is wonderful road access......and the topper is good Masspike access?......let me see now..........down Main St to Cambrdige to 290 to pike.......or in the alternate............Main St to Webster sq area hang a U turn somewhere and out Stafford/james st to auburn to the pike?
Hardly wonderful road access.............they should re -run that legal notice lest they be accused of misleading the bidders...
Suppose you re someone not from the area............and you travel here to check out the site/"wonderful road access"..........would you be ticked off if you wasted your time only to find the so called wonderful road access is non existent? Only the ROAR advocates would consider this wonderful road access........BTW what ever happeend to the Mill St corridor study/group.....................guess they're busy getting 311 phone service ???
