Grew up around there in the 60s and 70s when there was no road, plentiful blueberry picking, and the reservoir was "The Rez".
Always knew about it and occasionally found it when the gang of us would hike that way. Always had to watch out for that loud barking dog at the house nearby.
Check out all the foundations and such that made up his "estate". Pools, pens, etc. Note the continued trashing of Swan Ave.
