What I don't understand is not so much the shrinking of the roads but what they did with the sidewalks.
The expanded sidewalk at the corner of Foster and Commercial Streets in front of the DCU center has been paved over with asphalt. I really hope this was just a temporary thing for the recent state Republican and Democratic conventions. It looks terrible.
