Agreed 40b does not work as intended. However local towns trying to prevent development has lead to increased lot size, and overall housing costs. Cities and towns need to work with developers to create more sustainable communities. AKA developments that contain nice splits like the one you built Bill, instead of 5000 foot monstrosities.
