Dawson all wrapped up moving to Weden Lane, off Greenwood to build and sell another split before the December 1, 2009 deadline for the first time home buyer 8,000 tax credit deadline.
I will keep updates on the right.

update? not that anyone really cares.
Keep up the good work Bill. We need more housing like this in Worcester. Keep them coming! More of this is great to offset the low to moderate income housing. Anything to boost the tax base I'm happy to hear about.
Thanks Chris..
Some of these anonymous comments I delete but this one kind of made me laugh.
Here we have someone reading my blog but then says who cares? Why are you reading my blog??
I have fun with the blog but if I can use it to help market some of my projects, it can only help. In fact after I get a couple pictures of Weden Lane, I am going to announce the new look of our website for the properties.
Although I have not gotten a buyer through the blog, alot of people w]knew about the Dawson Road project through the blog and now they will know about Weden. Can't hurt.
Thanks
Bill
Hmmmmm ...rumor has it Hurricane Bill is heading up the coast towards New England? ...will it stall over Bob Nemeth's house?

when are you going to start renovating some of these beaten down three deckahs...
Paulie's right. You should finally give back to the city what you've taken from them.
I guess the term slum lord still applies eh Bill?
I meant purchase one or two like me and fix up..NOT meant to infer anything about currently owned property....
