As I mentioned before I can not afford to build in Main South anymore. The deck is stacked to much in favor for the no income developer. Making good progress on Dawson Road, here is the latest picture from yesterday.
There is so much space, but it is all owned and just sitting doing nothing. Wyman Gordon and almost the entire Winter, Green, Gold, Harding block.
Bill you know WAY more about this then I do, but I would love to chat about it some time. I was saying to a friend of mine that the Canal District is at an absolute stand still until it gets some people living down there. I think it's gone as far as it can go.
