Wyman Street


6 new owner occupied units for low income housing. The ironic thing about this project is that I can actually remember when the Main South CDC rehabbed this same sight years ago. This is the second time that they have gone through the property

Ridiculous.

I know the building you speak of. That should be student housing and those storefronts out front should be student related businesses.

like u said money is no object........when you're ++++'ing away others dinero

$600,000 to move and rehab 4 three deckers from 2000 to about 2003.....................god you could build a complete new replica for less........then they turn around and sell them 167,000.........
