Today we placed new benches within the NRSA at the following locations:
Chandler Street Elementary School (2) pictured at left
John and Sons Deli
Rob Roy Hair Salon
Living Earth
MLK Center (picture of Serrato Sign Employees enjoyed the bench after installing it)
By the way thanks to Serrato Signs for installing the bench. Local businesses understand the value on investing in the neighborhoods where they conduct their businesses.

As stated below (South Worcester NSRA).. this is where it shows a GREAT effort of all parties (CBA, WCG and the City) on making improvements to our NSRA area.. We are going to put flower baskets out next and hope people will step up to have one put in front of their business... We can do more benches as well. Take a ride by... last four years trees. flower baskets, Trash Cans, store front improvements now benches... more to come.
OK guys............I need to know....what exactly is a Hookah Bar?? I guess it doesnt have poles and nakkid H++ters huh??? and I assume Hookah doesnt = Hooker???
I am not too "up" on thsi stuff for the 20 and 30 yr old crowds.........

Interesting article in today's T&G 5/7/09 on Airport Grants.
Apparrently their is legislation before the House that does include grants to be deducted from the sale price, about 27 mil to date.
I understand from the article the city manager is trying hard in negotiations to elimate the deduction of grants. I hope he succeeds.

You smoke flavored tobacco out of a "hooka" which also has other names but it's a pretty good time, very relaxing, and I would say more conversation friendly than either the bar or a coffee shop.
