Remember these guys? They won a bid for $1 last January. Check out story in the Telegram. It has been over a year now and as far as I can tell, they still have not take title. Anyone know anything about this?

Remeber these guys..... i.e. Worc Common Ground & their partner(s) who allegedly are related to Mr James (Havana) McGovern.
Well let me refresh your memory. Worc Commmon Ged et al were awarded a site in Mason St back on or about Sept 5th, 2005. Thats corrrect...2005..... The parcel is the site of teh former Institutional Linens. They were to build either NOLO apts or condos for sale to 1st time Home buyers.
To this day the site has been environmetally cleaned up, gratis. (TY Washington DC and Mr McG.) So have these owners kept up theire end of deal to begin constr w/in paramters dictated by their bid and their subsequent purchase & sale agreeement w/ the city??
Dare I ask where the citys Office of Neighborhood & Econ (Un)Dev'ment is on this situation. Same place the firemen are??? Asleep at the switch??
If you're plugged in this city you can write your owns rules.
Lettuce Hope that the same fate doesnt befall the Phama site.
