Owned by the Batista family... who owns Dunkin Donuts,,, they do it right.... need more of them around... Look at what they did at Mason and Chandler..a few years back
Any idea what is actually being done with that space? Offices?
I drove by Harrington Corner this morning. I love the look of that old Brick all cleaned up.
Ever see an old converted factory building that has the brick and all the old beams inside sandblasted and cleaned up.......looks great IMO.
Looks pretty, but I believe it's been painted. Not an expert but the grout lines are the same color...

However, I think They do have red grout (mortar) on some of those older brick structures
Yes, they did a great job on Chandler a few years back but did you see what they did at the corner of Park and Mill or on West Boylston St when they moved the Dunkin from across the street from QCC to a new building that they put up???
